At our initial consultation, we introduce ourselves and explain how we plan on helping the student reach his/her potential.  Should a student and parent share our philosophy for excellence, we will conduct an assessment to determine if we would be a good fit for the student and family.  Should we decide to enroll the student, a personal education manager will be assigned who will guide the student and family until the student starts university.  The education manager develops an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) based on student interests, current grade level, and student/parent demands and expectations.   The ILP is a blueprint that will guide student’s learning and increase competitiveness for selective universities.
